Prakash Srinivasan brings a wealth of experience to Praevo Lawyers, having worked as a Migration Agent for over 15 years before becoming a lawyer. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Prakash is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. With his deep understanding of immigration and family dynamics, Prakash assists clients in navigating the complexities of legal matters that arise in family life, employment, and estate administration.
Known for his empathetic approach and strategic solutions, Prakash is dedicated to guiding his clients through challenging times with professionalism and care, ensuring their legal needs are met effectively.
Neha Prakash brings a modern approach and sharp analytical skills to Praevo Lawyers. Now admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, she holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Dual Degree), giving her a strong foundation in both legal reasoning and commercial awareness.
Known for her patience and ability to listen attentively, Neha strives to understand clients’ concerns from both legal and personal perspectives. Her fast thinking and practical mindset allow her to develop innovative solutions and contribute meaningfully to complex matters.

Sev Gokoglu brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Praevo Lawyers. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Victoria University and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws, Sev is deeply committed to immigration law. Her additional background in International Trade gives her unique insight into global dynamics and cross-border movements.

Zubin Kalchuri is Praevo Lawyers’ Senior Solicitor, bringing more than a decade of diverse courtroom and advisory experience to our team. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and previously an advocate in India, Zubin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and postgraduate qualifications in human resource management from the University of Wollongong. He has acted in complex family, commercial, migration, criminal and civil litigation matters, earning a reputation for strategic thinking, meticulous preparation and client-centred advocacy.
